My Skiing trip in Missouri
Hey guys, so I wanted to share a story with you about this skiing trip I took in Missouri a few years back. It was honestly one of the most memorable experiences of my life.
So, we had heard about this little ski resort called Hidden Valley, just outside of St. Louis. Now, I know Missouri isn’t exactly known for its mountains, but we were eager to try out some winter sports and this place had good reviews.
We drove out there early in the morning, excited to hit the slopes. When we got there, we were pleasantly surprised by how cute and cozy the resort was. We rented our gear and headed up the lifts.
Now, I have to admit, I wasn’t the most experienced skier at the time. But that didn’t stop me from taking on some of the tougher runs. At first, it was a bit scary, but as I gained confidence and got used to the snow, it became so much fun.
We skied all day and even managed to get in some night skiing. It was absolutely breathtaking seeing the snow-covered hills lit up at night. We even tried snow tubing, which was a blast. We were laughing and having so much fun, we almost forgot how cold it was outside.
But I have to say, the best part of the trip was the people we met. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and we ended up making friends with a group of people who were also staying at the resort. We all gathered around the fire pit that evening and shared stories while warming our hands and feet. It was a great way to end an amazing day.
